Privacy
What's stored
Your player roster (names only) is saved in your browser's
local storage, under the key easysubs.roster. It stays on your device —
it is never sent to a server, because Easy Subs doesn't have one. Clearing your
browser's site data removes it.
What isn't stored
Game state — the clock, who's on field, who's on the bench — is not saved anywhere. It resets whenever you leave or reload the page. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics collecting usage data at this time.
Advertising
Easy Subs is free because it's supported by ads. The ad slots on this page are currently placeholders. Once real ad units are added, the network(s) serving them may use cookies or similar technology, including to personalise ads based on your activity across sites, subject to their own privacy policies — this page will be updated with the specific network's name and details at that point.
Your choices
You can opt out of personalised advertising from participating networks generally via youradchoices.com or aboutads.info/choices, or manage Google's ad personalisation directly at myadcenter.google.com. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies in their settings. If a law that applies to you (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the US CCPA) gives you rights to access, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, you can exercise those by emailing info@easysubs.online.
Children's privacy
Easy Subs is a tool for coaches and parents to use on the sideline. It doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, beyond the player names a coach chooses to type into their own roster, which stay on that person's device.
